Working principle of microwave wood drying equipment:
The microwave wood drying equipment uses a continuous-wave magnetron as the microwave oscillation source. The magnetron is a type of orthogonal-field microwave electron tube, with a direct current electric field and a constant magnetic field being perpendicular to each other. The anode of the magnetron in the microwave wood drying equipment is a complex resonant system, and the anode block is composed of many small resonant cavities. They have electromagnetic coupling with each other, so the anode block is a frequency-selective network for microwaves. The electrons emitted from the cathode of the magnetron are first affected by the direct current electric field, and then they undergo angular bending as they flow from the cathode to the anode. In the process, the microwave wood drying equipment moves along a wheel-balance trajectory under the condition of synchronous movement of the high-frequency field and the electron cloud. The electron trajectory is elevated towards the anode direction, forming electron spokes. Within the spokes, when the electrons synchronously perform in the high-frequency field, the potential energy is converted into the energy of the high-frequency field. The microwave wood drying equipment increases the amplitude of the high-frequency field. After the magnetron starts oscillation, the direct current energy stored in the resonant cavity is converted into ultra-high frequency energy, and finally, sufficient power of microwave energy is output through the waveguide.
