2. When the material enters the microwave electric field, its polar molecules and non-polar molecules undergo polarization and become dipole ions, orienting in the direction of the electric field. Since this electric field is a variable electric field, the dipole ions vibrate with the change of the electric field, generating a friction-like effect between molecules, thereby absorbing electric field energy and heating up.
3. The insulation layer uses imported ceramic fibers, which is more effective than ordinary insulation materials, and can save 30% energy.
4. The temperature control adjustment accuracy is high. The heating method originally used microwave magnetron heating, and the power supply of the magnetron uses a high-voltage switch power supply. From the half-wave rectification of the original transformer to the current full-wave rectification, the efficiency has been improved.
5. The operating system uses PLC + touch screen control, with a USB interface, enabling automatic data processing, recording, storage, and printing functions.
