Main purpose:
This machine is mainly used for packaging lines in the pharmaceutical, food, and chemical industries. It is used for screwing on caps to plastic circular bottles on the packaging line.
Components:
The whole is composed of several parts such as the conveyor belt, the cover dropping mechanism, the bottle clamping and locking mechanism, and the electrical control mechanism.
Working principle:
After the bottle caps are placed in the feeding hopper during the operation, they are transported to the cap-rotating inlet by the lifting belt. The cap-rotating function is achieved by two synchronous belts and three groups of six locking cap wheels. Through mechanical torque adjustment, the locking caps are positioned precisely.
Structural Characteristics:
This machine integrates the features of domestic and foreign cap-lacing machines. It is a highly advanced and well-developed product. The lacing and cap-lacing are integrated and operate in a coordinated manner. It is suitable for round bottles and has a wide adjustment range. The cap uses the principle of self-weight and will automatically be removed when the direction is different. The floor-mounted cap storage槽 can accommodate a large number of caps and can be used for a long time without the need for frequent replenishment.
The control system is controlled by PLC, with a color touch screen for the human-machine interface. The operation is extremely convenient. The parts in contact with bottles and caps are made of non-toxic and wear-resistant rubber and stainless steel 304. The exterior of the machine is entirely made of stainless steel 304, meeting GMP requirements.
